Tom and I have been looking at property for over a year and by accident we stumbled across a house that we feel has what we have been looking for. Of course in order to buy this house we need to sell ours. I was told that if I can find my own buyer then I get a discount on the commission. So, because I love a deal as well as a challenge I have decided to use this as a forum to advertise our house for sale.
